They are happy to shower guests with compliments and treat everyone that the soul desires, but at the same time, they are ready to bargain from morning to evening!

You will feel the aroma of real oriental spices, learn to bargain masterfully, try thick pomegranate juice, local cheese, dried fruits, dozens of grape varieties, appreciate the rich assortment of southern vegetables, fruits, herbs, and take away trophies of market battles - a jar of sturgeon caviar, delicious homemade jam, and fragrant bags of spices.

It is time to try your hand at mastering the local cuisine! You will choose any two dishes from the proposed list and, under the guidance of an experienced chef (native Azerbaijani), start an exciting lesson. So that you can fully immerse yourself in the national atmosphere, the master class is held in a cozy home environment. The chef will tell you the culinary tricks of the real Baku people, help you prepare the products correctly, and teach you the basic intricacies of your skills. Even if you do not really like cooking, you will certainly be captivated by the laid-back atmosphere and witty humor of an experienced chef.

What dishes can be prepared:

• Different types of dolma - with eggplant, bell pepper, with grape leaves.
• Various types of Azerbaijani pilaf - turshu, syabzi or shah-pilaf.
• National soups - dovga, kyuftya-bozbash made of peas with meatballs, brocade bozbash

A gourmet celebration! Real Baku feast

When the two dishes you have chosen are ready, you will sit at the table and will be able to taste the fruits of your labors. Crispy tandir-churek, fragrant hot pita bread, fresh herbs and vegetables will also be served on the table to shade and complement the taste of your dishes. If desired, you can also serve local wine on the table, which you choose in the market.
